Instruction Partners pays 75% of premiums for medical, dental and vision premiums with national health care providers and subsidizes costs for dependents and spouses. Holidays and Vacation
Instruction Partners teammates enjoy paid vacation, starting with 12 vacation days in their first year and moving to 15 days in their third year as a token of appreciation for their length of commitment to Instruction Partners. Teammates also have 10 days of sick leave per year.
Additionally, Instruction Partners closes every year over the for a winter break the last week of the year. Employees are not expected to work during the seven business days of December 24 through January 1. Each year, the holiday break is adjusted based on dates, and will be no less than five days. Full time teammates are also paid for nine federal holidays each year.
