Instruction Partners also offers employer-paid short and long-term disability, paid parental leave, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts.

Holidays and Vacation

Instruction Partners teammates enjoy paid vacation, starting with 12 vacation days in their first year and moving to 15 days in their third year as a token of appreciation for their length of commitment to the organization. Teammates also have 10 days of sick leave per year. Additionally, Instruction Partners closes the last week of the year for a winter break, and for nine federal holidays each year.

Flexible Work Environment

Instruction Partners teammates work from home offices across the country as well as in our central office in Nashville. In some cities where we have local teams, Instruction Partners has coworking and office spaces available for teammates to use. Our teammates enjoy flexibility in their work schedules as well as where they work.

“I appreciate the trust that employees are given to work remotely. Having flexibility allows me to go to doctor appointments, as well as work in an environment that is more conducive to my work style (I love very quiet work spaces, so my home is perfect for that).”
