“There were several things that drew me to Instruction Partners. First, the mission- being from a rural town in Mississippi, I felt like the work of Instruction Partners hit home. Second, the people- upon doing my research, I realized there were several people already at Instruction Partners that I admired and looked up to. The last thing, being a fairly new organization got me excited about the possibilities to be a part of the ground work.”
- Donique Nobles Muhammad, Managing Director, Professional Development
“What excites me is the opportunity to learn every day and work with teachers and leaders, and providing an equitable environment for all students.”
- Andrea Fitzgerald, Math Lead
“The most enjoyable aspect of my work is the reaction from the teachers and administrators when they learn something new that could impact students learning.”
- Mike Beck, Director of Instructional Support
