Instructional Excellence in Oakland Unity Middle School
Oakland Unity Middle School strengthened its classroom observation and feedback routines to provide teachers with more targeted, actionable insights while also supporting the growth of its new ELA instructional coach.

The Result
In 2024, OUMS saw a 12.72% increase in students meeting or exceeding grade-level standards on the state assessment—outperforming the state average.
