Where we work
Instruction Partners headquarters sits in the heart of the Five Points neighborhood in East Nashville, TN, but our team is spread across the country and work remotely. We staff our partnership team locally with former educators and leaders who understand first-hand our partners’ day-to-day context.

COMPENSATION
Instruction Partners offers competitive salaries with wide salary bands so that you can grow within a role that you love. We also offer a 401(K) plan and match up to 4% of employee contributions.
HEALTH
Instruction Partners subsidizes 80% of the premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and up to 60% of the premiums for dependents and spouses. We also offer employer-paid short- and long-term disability, paid parental leave, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts.
HOLIDAYS AND VACATION
Instruction Partners teammates enjoy 15 days of paid vacation, 10 sick days, 9 federal holidays, and 3 week-long breaks each year. With our sick leave donation policy, team members can offer unused sick days to those in need.
