What does it mean for a principal to be an instructional leader?

We all know that principals’ leadership matters immensely for student learning and teacher retention, but what does the day-to-day work of impactful principalship look like? What could it look like if we brought greater clarity to the role and aligned—at all levels—around supporting their instructional leadership?

Join Emily Freitag, CEO and co-founder of Instruction Partners, to hear about ongoing work around the role of the principal as instructional leader, dig into these questions, and share your own experiences and insights to push forward our collective understanding.

We’re looking forward to an exciting discussion with Tennessee education leaders and hope you’ll be able to join us!

To foster conversation and engagement, we are limiting attendance so please make sure you reserve your seat soon!
