Working at Instruction Partners provides me with daily opportunities to learn and grow as an instructional leader. The work pushes me to critically and creatively think of solutions with district and campus leaders.

Working at Instruction Partners

Instruction Partners is a nonprofit education organization headquartered in Nashville, TN—with team members working remotely from across the country.

Although we are a remote team, we pride ourselves on fostering a strong, connected culture. We come together in-person throughout the year to plan and connect, hold full-team Zoom meetings and celebrations, and stay actively engaged on Slack.

Staying connected

Every summer, the entire Instruction Partners team gathers in-person to welcome new team members, connect, reflect on our work, and set goals for the upcoming school year.

Benefits

Compensation

Instruction Partners offers competitive salaries, and we utilize a tenure system that allows for equitable, consistent, and predictable salary growth over time—so that you can grow within a role that you love. We also offer a 401(k) plan and match up to 4% of employee contributions.

Health

Instruction Partners offers a range of health insurance plans, including some that cover 100% of premiums for the employee and dependents. We also offer employer-paid short- and long-term disability, paid parental leave, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts.

Holidays and vacations

Instruction Partners teammates enjoy 15 days of paid vacation, 10 sick days, 9 federal holidays, and 3 week-long breaks each year. Our sick leave donation policy allows team members to offer unused sick days to those in need.

Flexible work environment

Instruction Partners teammates work from home offices across the country. Our teammates enjoy flexibility in their work schedules as well as where they work.

I love the fact that each and every day I can look forward to having productive, research-informed, student-centered conversations with my co-workers. Everyone shares the same passion for advancing student outcomes, we support each other in getting the work done, and we have fun while doing it!
