Kelsey Hendricks, Executive Director of Engagement at Instruction Partners

Kelsey’s belief that high-quality, standards-aligned instruction is an essential component of equitable educational experiences for all students began during her time as a middle school math teacher. At Instruction Partners, she leads our earliest stage research and development and works to expand our impact across the country. Prior to joining Instruction Partners seven years ago, Kelsey was a school and system leader in both Nashville and Memphis, spent time as a manager of teacher leadership and development at Teach For America, and is a math nerd at her core.
