Jorge’s passion for education is rooted in lived experience as a student navigating systems that weren’t designed for everyone to succeed. Over the past decade, he has learned that lasting impact in schools begins with trust, and has built a career focused on strengthening instructional systems so that leaders, teachers, and, most importantly, students thrive.

With more than ten years of experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school systems leader, nonprofit director, and EdTech and HQIM sales leader, Jorge now serves as the Director of Engagement at Instruction Partners, partnering with K–12 leaders across California to implement high-impact instructional strategies.
