What should instructional leadership look like when it comes to the day-to-day responsibilities of a principal? And how do leaders divide these responsibilities within their teams?

Last year, we launched a project to document the challenges associated with unclear role expectations for school leaders—and uncover promising solutions.

On Tuesday, February 11, Emily Freitag, CEO and co-founder of Instruction Partners, and Jason Grissom, professor of public policy and education at Vanderbilt University, are hosting a free webinar to share our findings.

During this webinar, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Dig into the three major findings outlined in our recent white paper, Principal Role Clarity
  • Identify key instructional leadership practices
  • Learn from school staffing models that provide role clarity and ensure coverage for instructional leadership tasks
  • Ask us questions about instructional leadership challenges
