Unpacking the LIFT Needs Assessment: Insight for District Leaders

One of the newest requirements for TEA’s Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) grant is the Needs Assessment— a comprehensive evaluation of a district’s current state and supports needed for the duration of LIFT’s three-year cycle.

This funding requirement coincides with the busiest time of year for Texas leaders: testing season. We know there’s a lot on your plate, and we’re here to help.

Join our upcoming webinar to learn everything you need to know about TEA’s Needs Assessment requirement.

Thursday, March 12 | 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. CT

In this webinar, Jaeil Kim, Director of Engagement, will be joined by Managing Directors of Instructional Support, John Gravier and Aisley Adams, to break down what the TEA LIFT Needs Assessment consists of and how to successfully navigate its requirements.
